Hi all, I make custom rocker covers for classics. I'm in Ireland but I post worldwide, my covers have gone to all the continents except for Antartica. I've covers for Ford Valencia, Crossflow/pre-crossflow, Cologne V4/V6, Essex V6 and Pintos, Rover V8, Chevy Ls V8, VW aircooled, VW 8v 1.0 1.6 1.8 2.0 and Saab V4 engines. Except for the Chevy and VW 8v they all come with 2 choices of finish, sandblasted and painted or smooth finish and painted. They can have the lettering changed to anything you want as long as it will fit. My email is john@jrcast.com. Here's some samples.  Ford Valencia £80 sandblasted, £100 smooth.  Ford Crossflow/pre-crossflow £80 sandblasted, £100 smooth.  Ford Essex V6 3.0 £145 sandblasted, £160 smooth.    Ford Cologne V6 2.3, 2.6, 2.8, 2.9 £145 sandblasted, £160 smooth.    More to follow |

I'm working on a CVH one and that's going to be my next one. Here's the Pinto ones, the first one is more expensive as it has the slot on the bottom machined out for the gasket and the cover itself just takes longer to make. It's £220 for the sandblasted and painted one or £245 for the smooth finish one.   This is my other Pinto one. It's £130 for the sandblasted and painted one or £155 for the smooth finish one.   |

Another request for CVH Rocker covers! Is there a degree of flexibility on locating the filler cap?

reliantreviver, I haven't figured out a design for the CVH yet so it could go anywhere. It's going to be bigger on top than any of my other covers which are usually more long and narrow so I'm trying to do a nice design for it. weblefeck, I've seen a couple of ones for the valencia but there seems to have been very little production of them. I'm definitely the only one making ones that you can change the lettering on though. clubbyal79ch, I have a Mini/ A-series one, just trying to sort out the oil filler and cap, it's going to be about £85, expensive compared to what you can get for the Mini but they're different and not die-cast by the thousand in China.   |

i should add that if you can do a YB cosworth one ill need one thats suitable for dry sump if that helps. Awaiting your reply and costs. will be needing it fairly soon

I'm afraid Cosworth ones will be a while yet. They would need CNC machining after casting and a rough quote I got here would be about £100 each so I'll have to wait to get a CNC machine sorted.
Also a pattern has to be made for me to cast these and that would take about 40 hours to make before I cast a single cover from it so it's not something that happens quickly as it has to be done between casting customers covers.
I've been asked for Volvo covers before too, I need to get hold of a head and I can start making a pattern for one.
