LPG with forced inductionsowen

Having a chat with some friends has got me thinking about supercharging my SD1, I already have a spare supercharger and enough parts to fit one What I'm wondering about is how well they work with lpg, and whats the best or alternative lpg systems that can handle forced induction? I've got a complete single point system for efi, I don't want to use it as I was ideally planning on sourcing a multi-point system with no intake restrictions.

You can make an old school single point system work by referencing inlet pressure rather than atmospheric, thats what I'm planning on doing with my pinto. Multipoint however should really be more accurate and easier to set up if you can get the software to set it up yourself.

I've had a couple of people offer to do the setting up for some multipoint systems, but diy info seems to be sparse. The basics I've gathered so far for multipoint is that it needs to run from an already setup petrol system. So reading into it, Megasquirt or similar mapped for boost with the lpg system piggy-backed over the top should be capable of providing enough fuel?

Mega squirt is capable of running some lpg injectors directly, so you could ditch all the lpg ecu stuff there are threads about doing this on the landrover forums as well as the megasquirt forum. You would just set it up in the same way you would if you were running on petrol. Edit just remembered there is a thread on the lpg discussion forum with a turbo vauxhall running straight gas and a mega squirt

I think a bit more reading is necessary, going Megasquirt does appear to be the way to go

I looked at this for my mildly tuned t5 volvo powered camper . Pretty straight forward to fit an emulator type system but it starts getting expensive to support more than 200hp safely

Indeed the vast majority of LPG systems use the petrol injectors to piggyback off.
However, Romano did make a simplistic multipoint system (which if I am honest does not look all that different to a K Jetronic or D Jetronic system in that despite each 'injector' having its own tract there are no solenoid driven injectors as in the sequential systems.
