Nice pic's there! Savage chop on that Samara...
Viva GLS/Magnum or whatever they called them is nice, slots look great on it.
That Transit is a work of art, truly awe-inspiring.

I know whos that is, cos I sold him the grille and front bumper hes got a set of chrome arch trims fo rit as well Very interesting, he literally lives a 1 minute walk from me. don't know him but I am pretty sure he has had a low-rider stacklight Merc, rat Beetle and a Porsche 932/944 in the last year or so. Wish I'd got pics of the Merc.. |

I see someone else has pics of the cars at Wilkinsons woodyard, nr Walkeringham, i was there a few weeks back and he said i can take some pics of my S110R there once i get it done.
A few years ago that yard was full of old cars, plenty of A40's, a minivan and an FSO pick up to name a few, all got scrapped though while price was high.

I see someone else has pics of the cars at Wilkinsons woodyard, nr Walkeringham, I was there a few weeks back and he said I can take some pics of my S110R there once I get it done. I went up just before X-mas to get those pics. I didnt see anybody - I had walked over the fields from the main road, the gate at the start of their lane was closed. I wonder if those are Jason's Vivas? I used to know a lad up Retford who was massive into Vivas called Jason. Top lad.

Well here is the owners other mode of transport - equal in many ways I hope you agree:  What exactly have they done to this van & why?? Changed the rear lights! - I like the original rear lights on the MkI / II Transit! Changed the doors? What was the point? These vans are getting rare now! At least MkI's are being restored, when was the last time you saw a neat straight MkII?  |

The owner of the above 2 had a lime green one for 2-3 years and got rid about 18 months ago - ring any bells? All of which begs the question,.. if Dez knows him and he is round the corner from Gompo and he has such funky vehicles... why isn't he on here!? I have thought about leaving a note on one of his past rides but obviously didnt.. if Dez knows him then he may aswell get him on here.. |

Hmm, well - I thought the guy in Retford was the former owner of the lime green one and had since got rid of it and picked up these two (I'm sure I'd seen the green one parked in the same place)...
BUT I'm pretty sure the lime green one you speak of in Marton is the same one that was in Retford (has reg plate UBK, something like UBK402L - there is a pic of it in one of the galleries on here) so maybe I was wrong in my assumptions...

Jason is a skinhead rather than bald, although he could be bald by now anyway. Always in a Harrington jacket, 2-Tone record lablel tattoo, Gene Vincent tattoo, big grin. I've not seen him in a few years. If you see him say I say hi (Alistair who used to be from the VX490 club)

I've just seen Jason in the blue Viva, followed him through Gainsborough, i'm guessing he still lives in Retford as thats the direction he was heading, he works at Jacksons building supplies iirc.  |
