Saw this at the Oil Can cafe on Saturday.
No one around to ask what it was! It has a few gauges on it ( voltage , current, etc), a small central chuck and some form of adjustable tool rest / steady.
Down the side were selectors for 'starter motor' and 'dynamo'.
I'm thinking some form if starter test, valve grinding machine. Who knows better?
