	Afternoon tea drinkers! I'm about to purchase a 1 litre 8v 5 speed polo saloon I'm after giving it a little more character than it's been used to I'm thinking: 1.3 gt camshaft Little bit of port fettling Refresh to the head, bottom end 400cc - 600cc bike carbs And a fruity exhaust Has anyone had any experience with these little engines? I'm an engine reconditioned by trade so more than happy to do the work just want to know what works / doesn't work Alex

	It'd be simpler to fit a larger capacity engine such as a 1300 or 1600 as the results, of even a standard 1.3/1.6 engine, will probably be better than a modded 1.0.
