That can't be right. It's a nice car yeah, but it's too much for a rusty car

Nope. Amazingly, these thing seem to sell for mega-mega money. I mean, I've seen hookey grey imports with zero history and a bit rough up for £5k. It's all coz they slide really easily. But then so does a BMW or even a reasonably powerful Sierra.
It's probably the Gran Turismo connection...

You better believe it £2500 all day long...... And I bet it ends up in Ireland, they love em over there for tarmac rallying. I always wanted one for drifting, but you could build a trick LSD equipped 325 with proper suspension for less than it would cost to buy an AE86 ;D

That much? For that? Maybe I should start shipping some over there and selling!

they're going crazy everywhere. I'm sure theyll drop abit once the drift faze is over though. Over here you have big car shows and someone enters a tidy stock AE86 with mags and everyone drools over it and ignores the cars that cost 10 times as much

I'm surprised at how cheap it is! There was a guy with two imported ones, that didn't look too special on ebay recently - both had £5k+ buy-it-nows. I'm sure my Cressida would be just as much fun...with a Supra lump. ;D

I'm sure it would RMad ;D
AE86's are always expensive... If it's not drifting, they are loved for Road Rallying too - more modern than a Mk2 Escort and just as much fun!
