Its worth £5. Luckily I have an opening for a white hatchback. I'll be up on the train.

The bonnet seems to have melted and run down over the lights...
My all time most hated mod is the extended bonnet slash cut across the lights, closely followed by round lights stuck in a pod designed for teardrop lights, followed by eyebrow spoilers

gotta be honest, I fancy for me..
Don't want to take the pee, but don't want to pay a load either, he paid £1600 in Jan for it.. and I rekon it was cheap.
It will mean that I've got a spare white rattier K-Jet 8v for sale too...

I like it and though I'm not usually a fan of anything over 15inch on Mk1's and 2's I think the wheels really suit it. Depends on how good a mate he is, how quick he wants rid of it etc etc but I'd hope to get it for around £1600 ish, should easily get that back if you need to sell it on in future Sounds like it's had some subtle but choice mods, brakes in particular - I'd be getting rid of the bonnet extension thingy though.

I picked it up earlier, it needs some work to make it "spot on" but it's a bl00dy good base.
Brakes work very well.
Engine pulls very well all the way through the revs
handling is SPOT ON, it's really well set up.
I think it needs new zaust hangers as well as the backpipe and I feel the zaust could use being re-sealed.
can use a new set of leads, cos there's an "odd one" in there, goes OK though.
All in all, about the nicest "driving" golf I've ever had the pleasure of.... well driving..

Looks ace!!! ;D
I'd have said £1500 is a good price from looking round.
I'd have another Golf again in an instant, only one with a bit more than a 1.3.
