[/quote] Yep, and they all stop working at one point or another I nearly bought one a few years back, a friend of mine has a couple. They've got 3 speed wipers I think, and a fuel gauge made of different LEDs (in East Germany this was called the Mickey Mouse cinema) There's no fuel pump, it's gravity fed into the engine because the tank is right on top of it! They're very light, but did better in crash tests than the early 90s Polo when they were tested at the time. As for driving, I'm told it's a bit like a carpet - the harder you beat it, the better it is. Thrash the engine without mercy and attack every corner like you're in a 1960s Mini Cooper. Enjoy!

Suspension appears to be swing axle tastic from the camber they exhibit I've just remembered, I'm pretty sure you just put the 2 stroke in the tank as it was common to over fill them with oil in the vain belief you'd help the car - the only result was a huge smokescreen

I reckon there's some fun to be had in tuning the 2 stroke engine, with a roller crank and no valve train it should be able to take a few revs. Just need to be careful it doesn't lean out the oil under load because that's when they go bang

Lolzers! Buy one. Apparently the bloke in Ashbourne (just up the road from you...) that had the huge collection of them was giving them away after the environmental health were on his back.
