Great work. That is a fantastic transformation.
I know 1st hand how rotten these little mofos can be (as a former KE20 and KP30 owner)
Mega Kudos for sorting that out.

I am trying to swap the exhaust gasket, which is showing to be somewhat preblematic.. and iv decided to polish my wheels... how they look now what I'm hoping for found out mine has 2 layers of paint... 1 original and one gray someone else have sprayed on the top.. paint stripper the paint stripper took, the first layer but not the orginal, so i tried sanding it down with a angel grinder, rough but just to see.. this is after paint stripper, you can see that the upper part of the lower one that I'v polished it rough.. this may actually turn out nice

Thanks guys! what a nice KE25!!! been talking to a guy about getting a cam regrind to 276 duration and 0.398" lift instad of original with 246 duration adn 0.338" lift if that sorts itself out, hes going to find a cam, and lifters and get them regrind then ship them to me! if so I'm going to remove the head, Shave it a bit, then Re-Grind the valves for better Compression, lighten the flywheel a bit, and Port the head a bit sooo excited, he needed 3 weeks to try to find a cam anyways, applyed paint stripper to the hubs after paint stripper, it only took the first layer of paint... so ill ned to sand down the original, used a angel grinder quick and then polished a bit at the top of the bottom one this could turn out pretty good!
