This is my 1975 Daf 66 SL saloon. Used to be yellow, now badly painted red. The paint is pretty bad and there are some small dents in the bonnet and one front wing, but the car is solid. I got it a bit more than a year ago. It had been sitting for about 10 years. I recommissioned it, put it through an MOT and then hardly had a chance to use it. It has been dry stored for the past 15 months or so. It is currently SORNed and the MOT has expired in the last couple of months but I would expect it to go through another one with no problems. No advisories on the last MOT.
Since I've had it it has had the following work done and parts fitted:
While it looks a bit rough it is an extremely solid car. For a variety of reasons I need to move it on. I'm looking for £400 for it. If you're interested PM me. Here's some pictures and there's more info on the work done in this thread on the Daf owner's club forum.
Cheers,
Mark
