	Technical question about LEDs, will / should a 4w bulb with three LEDs be as bright as a 4w bulb with four LEDs? It's this style i'm thinking of (bottom one) Both being 4w they should be as bright, no?

	Correct. I assume 4 watts is the power consumption but the difference in their efficiencies will have more to do with the quality of the bulb/LEDs than how many LEDs there are.
