So cutting the original headlight brackets wasn’t giving me the space or alignment I needed for the 4 headlights…back to the drawing board on how to sit them behind the custom grill.
After a bit of design and doodling I came up with the solution of 3D printing some headlight brackets!
They’ll sit nicely behind the grill so won’t be seen, and hold the new halo headlights perfectly! I’m a bit pleased…
