I know I've posted one of these before, but I'm feeling the pain of an empty garage space again Requirements: Must be big Preferably have a big engine Comfy seats Hopefully a little unusual Cost something in the region of £200, and definately not more the £300 I've just rejected a clean E28 518 on ebay for being too pov, but I'm interested to see what other people have seen or what ideas you have. Feel free to ignore any or all of the above requirements for humour and or interest purposes.

Oh and it most have at least MOT and preferably some rent as well The Rolf's not left of field enough, although I suppose I could chuck in one of my 934875 Mk2 Haynes manuals when I punt the thing on. I always seem to get one of the curse word things every time I buy one.

I want something good to go back to Le Mans in - the Polo was the shiz, but it is far from being a motorway car. It tops out at what I would guess is about 85 - the speedo is useless cus of the tyres. Comfortable cruising speed is about 65-70

Old Merc?
190,200E should be doable on your budget.
E34 5 series?
Ford Scorpio?

I get a severe case of the Fandangos if I go to any taller rubber- there just isn't room under the arches I don't mind going in the Polo and no doubt it will rattle off the journey with aplomb, I just like shopping for tat. No suggestions without photos though! I'm hoping for something a little old - the Xedos might be a shade on the new side. Is it the swoopy type looking one? Are there any others?

There's one of these around the corner from me, I often think it looks pretty cool. I'm sure they've had it from new, don't remember a time it wasn't there even when I was a kid!
