Had a crazy idea the other dat that the merc might look cool in two tone paint, the lower half needs rust repair so its that half that would get painted, i was thinking either mid blue to match the interior, or moon yellow, what do you recon?
And lets have some pics of two tone cars please.

dark over light visually gives the impression of low. if you catch my drift. Tony's spot on there, the Yanks were doing this years ago. It gives the visual effect that the car is being 'pushed' down by the darker colour, for want of a better phrase. Deffo lighter on the bottom.

Dark over light!! One day I want my car in this colour scheme: I dare you to go for something like dark blue over maroon!

can work either way with carfull colour chice but avoid going very dark on the lower colour or it will just look like you have undersealed the lower half its for that reason I preffer the dark over light look the van will be a dark over light paint job
