This is my NCF Road Rat kit car. It is a small, fun utility vehicle based on Fiat Panda 4x4 mechanicals. I have been rebuilding it for years now and have never really got around to finishing it. Now I'm moving to Shetland so it has to go.
When I bought it, it was quite rough and based on a 1985 Panda 4x4 Madagascar. I bought a 1991 Panda 4x4 with which to rebuild it. Almost all the work has been done but there are a few jobs still needing done to complete it. It's not far off though and would be easy for someone to complete. There are a load of spares with it and some paperwork. Both the original V5 and the V5 for the later Panda are present. It's driveable but is not currently road legal. This kit does not require SVA or whatever is the current kit car test as it was registered and MOT'd before those regulations came into force. All it needs is finishing and an MOT to be able to use it on the road.
