This is a long shot, but been looking for a specific unit in Chesterfield for over 6 months, and nothing has come available.
My main requirements are that it is on a prominent main road location, plenty of parking/pulling in areas and 3 phase electric. Size, as long as it`s at least 1200 sq. ft, I`m happy.
Budget; i`d like to keep it below £1000 pcm if possible.
