Model: Nissan Sunny Coupe (B12) 1.8 ZX
Year: 1990
Mileage: 89000
Tax: End of July, but will put another 6 months on this week.
MOT: July 2015
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Price: £950 / offers / eBay soon
So as much as I love my Sunny, I have a 1 year old son and a 20 mile round trip commute, and it's just not practical. If I had the space, I'd keep it and do it up a bit, but I don't, so it has to go.
Here's some pics before I get to the good/bad/ugly... (they're about a year old, but will post new pics soon).

These pics really do make it look smarter than it is IRL. The paint's tired, the bumpers and bodykit look a bit tatty, and there's some some bits of surface rust starting to appear in places.
Anyway, I'll do the good list first as it's shorter...
So here's the bad...
There might be a few more minor niggles that I've just gotten so used to that I don't notice anymore, I'll add 'em to the list if I remember any.
And here's the list of advisories from my MOT last week...
So there we have it. A FAR from concourse car, but it's pretty honest. I've had it 5 years now I think, and for the last 2 years it's done a 10 miles (each way) commute with no trouble apart from the clutch (replaced), starter motor (replaced), and a couple of coil packs (bought a set of 4 second hand when the first one went, so there's still2 spare in the glove box).
Not really any idea what it's worth, so sticking a highish price on to start with as a "Buy it now", but will probably stick it on eBay at the weekend with a £600 reserve.
Any questions, give us a shout.
Cheers and thanks for reading!

Anyway, I'll do the good list first as it's shorter...
- Full stainless exhaust, sounds raucous, but not too loud
- K&N induction kit
- N14 front strut bar (it's on the wrong way round as the bolts go the other way on N14s)
- 16" Alloys (curbed and mucky)
- Lowered on 30mm lowering springs, although these came from someone who'd cut an extra loop off the fronts.
- New clutch 2 years ago
- Only welding it's had as far as I'm aware is for last year's MOT which was where the tow bar joined under the boot. Tow bar's gone now.
So here's the bad...
- Passenger electric window's not working. Electrics are fine, but the little plastic clip on the wire that pulls it up's broken. Held up with bamboo and gaffa inside the door atm.
- Due to "curious people" wanting to know what's in my glovebox, it now has 3 keys. 1 for each door and one for the ignition. Boot doesn't open with any, but it has a release handle by the driver's seat. I have spares of all 3 keys and an extra barrel matching the passenger door.
- Autochoke doesn't work. Not much of an issue atm...but can be a pain in winter.
- Reverse light doesn't work.
- It's on keep fit steering as the old powered unit had a leak that apparently couldn't be fixed. Have the old rack, pump etc lying around though.
- Parcel shelf edge plastic either wants replacing or some creative supergluing.
- The notoriously troublesome rear spoiler's gone as it was perished and threatening to take the rest of the boot with it. I didn't do the best job at the filling and painting, so a bit of rust's starting to come back though.
- As I said it's just very tatty looking atm. Personally, I think it just looks badass, but an independent observer would probably note the paint's tired, there's a few bits of surface rust starting to show and the bumpers and bodykit have a few scrapes.
There might be a few more minor niggles that I've just gotten so used to that I don't notice anymore, I'll add 'em to the list if I remember any.
And here's the list of advisories from my MOT last week...
- Both front brake pipes slightly corroded (these were on last years advisories too)
- Rear brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened
- Front brake fluctuating, but not excessively
- Parking brake has little reserve travel
- Nail in nearside front tyre (should have this sorted shortly)
- Oil leak (can't be too bad, as doesn't use much oil)
- Fuel pipe corroded
- Play in steering rack inner joint
