i gotta to the front dampers/shocks on my triumph 2500 & they are going to be converted to coilovers, i'm yet to remove them so i don't know the outer diameter of the strut tubes, what i was wondering is do the threaded parts that you weld to the original struts do they come in differing sizes?
also would any you you south midlands/warwickshire chaps be up for a day of wire brushing the interiour metalwork/underside of my ride to get the loose paint off, its the same deal with the doors bonnet & boot to remove the majority of surface rust n crustyness, i wanna do a weekend blitz on the body, its only gonna be primered & flatted back anyhow but want to make it MOTable, its not to bad though, the main parts are fixed, i'm just putting the feelers out with a few ppl to rally a hand, i understand everyone has there own cars to do & i'd be happy to do the same back, cheers all
