I think this show has been running at Tatton Park In Cheshire for at least 25 years. As it's my nearest local big show I've been to most of them. This year was absolutely rammed, not just with show cars but visitors too, which made it a bit awkward taking decent photos. There were a LOT of mustangs on display to mark the 50th anniversary of the model, though no '74-'78 Mustang IIs unfortunately. Here's my selection of a few favourites:-
Starting with the Pony cars.
And a Fairlane from the same stable.
You can't get much more American than this. Mercury Colony Park staton wagon, complete with fake wood panneling and roll down rear window.
And while we're thinking of 'wagons here's Oldsmobile's rival version.
Wouldn't be an American car show without a 'Vette (one of many)
50s trucks. Take your pick from genuine rust- (Not shown in photo, very potent looking big block V8).
Fake (though very well executed) rust-
Or Shiny paint.
Nice to see full size 4 door saloons (or should I say sedans?) like this '67 Galaxie being cared for, where once they would be just regarded as donor cars or banger racing fodder.
And that's it for now. Feel free to ask any questions.

Looks like a nice turnout, some beautiful cars! The 'Vette and the Challenger are my faves there

That Fairlane looks mega cool. Its not a shape I generally associate with that name. A bit of googling shows it to be a '65.

I got distracted by the purple and yellow rod behind the rusty truck, you didn't happen to get a shot of it did you?

I got distracted by the purple and yellow rod behind the rusty truck, you didn't happen to get a shot of it did you? Sorry I haven't got any pics of that one (34 Ford Coupe) but I'm sure I've seen it on someone else's show thread recently.
In the meantime here's a few more photos from the weekend.
