hey guys, dunno if this will interest anyone on here but thought id give it a try,
this has been my mrs runaround for the last year and its been totally faultless, we only bought it as a stop gap but ended up hanging onto it as its just soooooo reliable !!!
in the last year its only asked for a new battery and 4 new tyres (hardly the cars fault lol), so other than an oil service its been fab,
as its getting on a bit of course it has its problems, these are.....
the handbrake doesnt work anymore, it was fine untill the mrs got to work, pulled the lever and was rewarded with a 'clange' noise from the rear, aint had a chance to look at it so who knows - cable maybe ??
the airbag light seems to have a mind of its own, it comes on and goes off whenever it feels like it, someone told me its prob a connector under a seat but,being lazy and uninterested, i aint bothered to look!!
theres a split it the passenger seat, well, more like the seams come apart, again it aint bother us so its still like it,
theres a chip in the screen, it isnt big enough to be an mot issue....but its there all the same,
the heater/info display is buggered in the seemingly usual saab way, theres apparently a fix but as it involves some careful soldering i thought it best to stay away as ill cause more harm then good!!
and it has a few parking dinks as you'd expect..
hope that doesnt paint a bad picture of the ole girl as its really a good, solid dependable car, its just surplus now as shes changed jobs and wants something smaller...
all the leccy windows/mirrors etc work, its got t+t, cant remember how much so will update later, i also have the stock airbox and rec d/valve if the tacky boyracer stuff aint for you lol
price ?? dunno so how bout 600 quid or there abouts
