1984 BMW 525e

Hi, I usually just use Retro Rides for the classifieds, so I thought for once I'd post something else and introduce my 525e e28. It's a 1984 in Bronzit Beige and currently covered 169k miles, it runs spot on and I use it 6 days a week 60 miles per day up and down the m62 and touch wood does it all perfectly. Currently it's speedo isn't working so I rely on the sat nav to judge my speed... not ideal but hopefully I'll have it sorted this week, it should just be the SI board batteries that need replacing. As is with most people on here I can't imagine running a more modern motor, this does over 30mpg, has a fairly decent turn of pace and bags or torque... there's no rust at all on top or underneath, the bodywork is mint, it's really impressive for a 30 year old car and considering these can be picked up in 518 or 520 spec for so cheap, it would be hard for me to choose something boring and more modern over it for the same money. Anyways enough of me, here's some pics... It's standard at the moment and I don't really have any plans to modify it, but who knows I may change my mind yet
