I'm the 3rd owner from new, on the log book the second owner brought the car not long after the date of first use, so weather the car was a demonstrator
or something I cannot say for sure.
she's a original 1.1 gl in the original walnut brown, (a rare colour so I'm told)
it has had a full respray and x2 new wings but remains unrestored aside from that.
about 12 months ago the engine was rebuilt to standard spec, and the engine bay had a blow over in the same colour also.
she has many period extras fitted which include the supersport body kitsupersport bodykitsupersport bodykit, including the spoiler. it even has the spotlights.
the bumpers have been changed for the earlier full metal ones which give the car a far nicer look in my opinion, it is sat on
Supersport alloys which have been hand polished with the inserts painted black, these are shod in 175/50/13's all round, dunlop sp sports
on the rear and pirelli dragos on the front. she is lowered 50mm on fiesta centre lowering springs.
it has very rare opening front 1/4 windows fitted which are in good condition.
the interior is largely standard but has front and rear seats fitted from another car, they are brown and match the car quite well imo.
By far the biggest talking point of the car is the boot install. it has a jl audio sub and kenwood amp fitted into a 1970s suitcase.
something different, makes good sound and draws alot of attention at the shows i have taken it to in the past.
the only bad thing i can list is i think the carburettor may be slightly worn, she idles a tad low. but when not on idle, the car runs as sweet as
nut otherwise
Its just had 12 months MOT, and has 4 months tax,
there are many other little bits and bobs that have been done on the vehicle since shes been in my ownership which make this one
unique fiesta.
this is a most regrettable sale, but i feel its time to move on.
would make a great first car for a young ford enthusiast!
