pattern parts are cheap and available. its just there's so many bits. as you proably know, its not like a ford in the way the monoque is put together. take this floor and sill section. 3 bits on an escort, on a moggy-
half floor, 2 pieces inner sill, boxing plate, outer sill & tread cover. about £200 each side for that lot. plus mine has had flitches, A posts, lower quarters, inner rear arches, inner and outer door repair sections and some plates that I made because otherwise I might as well have built from scratch.
and I now that sizzling sound in your ear all to well. usually has me banging the other ear whilst my head is cocked to one side try to shake it out like some kind of cartoon
