Decided to sell this on in favour of getting a mortgage.
Toyota Corolla 1600 GT AE86 RWD in white / black. Always garaged.
Imported from Japan 4 years ago, this car is absolutely rot free and is as good underneath as on top.
The odometer reads just under 64000 KM. (Clocks still in KM from Japan)
Never used in winter and has never seen salt on the roads.
Mechanically the car is brilliant. It revs very happily, clutch bites well and brakes hard. It's such a fun car to drive.
Incredibly rare and unusual to find one unmolested and in original condition - it still has the AC pump fitted (although the belt has been removed)
The car is in original spec apart from:
- Jan speed exhaust with free flowing mild steel manifold
- Forza foam air filter
- Watanabe 14" 7 spoke lightweight satin black alloys
The car has also just had the following replaced for peace of mind:
- New wheel bearing front nearside.
- New brake pads
- New track rod ends both nearside / offside
- New innter tie rod nearside.
Bad points:
- Rear diff is a bit noisey, but its very common on these.
- A couple of bubbles in the paint (one on the front bumper and another where the rear left fender meet the rear bumper)
- Scuff on the front left of the front bumper
- Interior is a bit tired being so old. Its not mint.
- Could probably do with a couple of replacement tyres on the front.
Test drives welcome but insurance must be shown.

I'm happy to collect anyone from Edinburgh Airport or Edinburgh Waverley train station if coming from afar.
