Me and a mate are renting a unit in mansfield which shares a yard with another mates garage. There's space for 3 (4 if boxed in) cars inside and 4/5 cars outside, the unit has water/power/lighting which is included in the rent.
Security wise obviously the main garage is in regular use by a trusted mate, so plenty of activity (of the good kind) in the day - unit is also alarmed and yard is gated.
Really we only need 1 car inside each, and 1 car outside so there's space going for either people to split the rent on the whole thing, and share the facilities - or just rent a space outside, with the option to work inside if we're going to be about.
We will be ironing out the exacts on sat but it's looking like around 100 each for split or 25 for a space. Would anyone be interested?
