	Austin Healey Sprite 1971. Sorned 90,000ish miles No MOT In Herne Bay Kent £500 This Sprite needs work, rust and a head gasket are the 2 main problems. However the rust, while a MOT fail isn't too bad, the upper body panels are in good condition. The worst area is the drivers floor, but it's out of sight, so only needs to be repaired to MOT standard, the front lower panel is the only outer panel with rust damage, but this a bolt on panel. All the repair sections and panels are easily obtainable. A head gasket on a A series engine is fairly easy too. The car has uprated track ready suspension, is already lowered and on Minilite replicas with very good tyres, Cobra (I think) bucket seats. The bonnet and any other bits missing from the car in the pictures are included. It is a project, so I'd prefer you to take a look before offering cash! 	Oh man this is awesome. Properly love this car. I wish I had the money as I'm in herne bay too, you may remember me? I had a white triumph 1300 fwd? Good luck with the sale :-)

The Sprite is awesome, don't really want to sell and the girlfiend is not talking to me now because I've started to advertise it, but I know I haven't got the time, facilities or money to have it done professionally. It's been in the garage for about a year now slowly getting worse, I've made a half assed attempt, which is why the bonnets off, but then the Triumph needs something or the washing machine breaks....... Anyway, details of the suspension, "track ready" is a bit vague! The front is lowered with stiffer springs, solid bushes, up-rated 30% dampers, Peter May negative camber trunnion and damper link kit Here and I think a thicker anti roll bar. The rear has NOS standard leaf springs, lowering blocks, Superflex spring bushes and a Peter May Panhard link. This was all fitted about 3&1/2 years ago, hasn't done a huge mileage. The brakes were overhauled at the same time as the suspension.
