Isn't it the engine and box for the £60, not the whole car?
The 'other parts available' makes me suspect he might be stripping it and racing it.

if he was racing it then he would want the engine and box but i agree the advert does read like its just the engine and box for sale. If the whole thing was 60 quid and i was abit nearer id be phoning him now and not typing this.

dunno neil but how hard is it to bolt a mifold and weber on? i think he would still be using the engine.

Most banger drivers have a "good" 2.8 engine and 4 speed box they interchange between shells. The ad says "some" parts for sale, i.e body parts, shell and running gear are being kept?
That front air dam is worth a few bob. Still definately worth checking out. It looks pretty good on the pics.

Anyone rang it yet? Is the guy Irish? If so he's a nice bloke who races an spaceframe Imp but can't remember what his name is, (useless with names) but not sure if its his or not.
Parked outside his house though.
