hi guys selling my mercedes 300d in almandine red
its in great working order and drives faultlessly
we have had this car in the family since 1993, my father purchased it from then dealership hills of shrewsbury
tha car was mainly used as a weekend car and did the run up and down the motorways to visit family on weekends only untill 2002 which it then got passed to my uncle and then back to my dad and then finally me last year.
sadly i have too many cars and no longer have the need for this awesome over engineered machinery.
the car has a genuine mileage of 133k miles
it has had both rear springs, both rear driveshafts, new battery,
a brake line and both fuel filters changed this year along with fresh oil.
this car seriously drives like it has only done 50k miles..... if that!
these engines as we all know run forever if maintained properly so this ones just bedded in!
bad bits:
there are a few age related dents and scratches as to be expected on a car of this age
there is a patch of lacquer peel on the roof and abit on the bootlid
the passenger side wing is a bit rusty (normal 124 issue, ideally wants replacing, but still presentable)
the drivers door lock has stopped working on the key since ive had it so i lock/unlock on passenger side
the car is mot'd till january next year but tax will be out end of the month i can retax at buyers expense
