Cracking vans! Watch the head gasket - they go pop a lot! Strutt tops, rear arches, cab steps. 4 or 5 speed? Mine was a G reg 'Mover' 5 speed, used to get off the clock (80) without too much bother! ;D 120k seems a lot, the engines the same as a Suzuki SJ 410 jeep.

£475 sounds like a lot. My neighbour rescued an E-reg one from a farmer's barn for £30. Two new tyres and a bit of welding and it went through the MOT!
Anyway, 'no rot' I would be very wary of, these things can rust a fair bit underneath I believe. Also, 120k sounds a lot on the original 970cc engine - FSH is fine, but if it's Vauxhall dealer servicing, don't believe *everything* has been done 'to standard' (as I have found with my Omega!).
Insurance should be cheap I would have thought. I understand that Toyota Model-F Space Cruiser alloys are a direct swap?

They're a 4x114.3 PCD so loads of wheel options My onem (Suzuki Super Carry equiv.) was a company vehicle from new (read: THRASHED) never ever gave a problem, took all I could give it and more! Uber reliable!

I recall a local motoring program in the early '80's where they track tested one. Under severe braking it stood on it's nose. Bloody hilarious

I remember helping my dad take some garage doors to a show 9where I was a lad) on the back of a pickup version, if it had any power I'm sure it would have taken off

Any one on here the owner of the ratty surf stickered one that was flashing its lights and its occupants waving at me on Sunday? on the A27 between Chichester and Emsworth.
