Milage - 152,000 miles
This car requires a VIC check due to minor bump it had 2 years ago (literally just cracked front bumper). The cost of this is £41. Taken into consideration this and a few small jobs that need doing I have priced this car at just over scrap value. The car starts and drives fine but does have a snapped handbrake cable (About £15 from APD). The lacquer is peeling from the bonnet and it has a few age related marks as to be expected. The car has different pattern front seats from a mk3 astra as the originals were worn. The car has had Claimair wind deflectors fitted, Smoked side repeaters and rear lights and it has had a red sri style pin stripe on it. This can all be returned to standard if you wish. It will come with a CD player installed also. The car has 13" Steel wheels with good useable tyres and vauxhall wheel trims. I fitted brand new front brake pads 3 weeks ago. The car has had a little welding done to rear of sills but it fine and mot passable. The previous owner had this car for 16 years. Only selling as i've bought a 4x4 again. I have recipt for when i purchased the car and green slip of V5. Full logbook will be issued to new owner upon completion of VIC check.
This is a perfect little run around and is cheap to insure and tax. With a minimal amount of work it could be a very nice and cheap family car or work hack. Loads of life left in the old girl yet. It has the C18NZ bomb proof 8V vauxhall engine. Would even make a good donor running gear for a nova/corsa or even a cheap banger racer/autograss car.
