Some time in the near future, although a date is yet to be confirmed it will likely be within the next 6 weeks, I will be towing a DAF 55 down to colchester for a friend who has bought one in Aberporth. Obviously as I live in West Wales as well the trailer will be returning unladen and as such if anyone needs a small car moving that's along route let me know I might be able to help. A couple of stops would be a welcome way to break the monotony of a 9 hour drive alone.
Trailer in question is a single axle tilt bed car transporter. Bed is 6ft by 12ft and gross weight of trailer is 1250kg I'm not sure how much it weighs unladen but I will take it over the weighbridge soon to be sure but I think I will have a loading capacity somewhere between 750kg and 1000kg. So realistically small cars only.
