Today, I walk out of the engineering building at uni, just as a fantastically, butt spankingly gorgeous mk1 golf pulls up to the traffic lights the turn red catching him at the front of the queue.
Anyway, his window is down, so I run straight into the road fumbling in my bag, get to the traffic lights just as they're turning green, and thrust a flyer in through the window! Much to the bemusement of my friends!
Told the guy that the car would go down really well and he should try and get there, he at least seemed impressed with my efforts!!
Seriously, this mk1 was hot.
It was a deep orange, almost red, but a bit ratty, and black + body paint checkerboard roof. Sounded great as he pulled away as well!
