I am going to pick out the rest of this paint at the weekend and re-paint it. I’m wondering what product to use and if there would be any prep to do before hand. Thanks

Hi
That looks like epoxy resin to me not paint - if you heat it up in hot water ( boiling ) all that resin will lift out with a pin - clean with maths or white spirits - then hot soapy water and a toothbrush , easy way to paint is - dab paint in all the areas with a brush then place face down on some paper towel on a flat surface and pull the badge in one direction - this it to relieve the paint off the top metal edge ( exactly how TVR badges were done ) this will be ok , or if you can get the resin - use that

I'm a little confused by the placing it face down and lifting part.
