went up for round one the uk streetracer series and although the van is not done yet i like to keep in the series so took karens holden up to avon park for a spot of 1/4 mile action ;D

also met up with Joe the guy who brought the kadett off me did a few small jobs on it and a little bit of tweeking it still suffers with high intake temps and the hot weather didn't help matters but its 1/8th mile times have made consirable improvments despite running with a broken rear suspension arm mount

chatted with mick wilks and mick rogers both were having nitrous problems but still managing silly quick times and always great fun to watch

also met up with V8 cortina kid off buysell who was playing about with the jets in the carb on his 302 powered corty managed to get it down to 12.6 by the time we had to leave
