Hi chaps selling my golf, as I would like to get a classic beetle.
56k on the clock,2 owners, immaculate interior. Bodywork clean with only minor dings and scratchs. No rust. Passed Mot with no advisorys. Good on fuel as its the 1.3. Lovely to drive and very original. Lots of history with the car, roughly £600 spent last year on a new camblet and service etc.
Only modifications are coilovers on the front and minilite wheels powdercoated in red/pink - these arent great paint flaking from the lips.
Has a very nice mechless pioneer headunit with blue tooth aux input etc. Can be removed to bring price down if needed.
Just had a new set of discs on the front and a thermostat.
Only bad points to note. Car currently has cut springs at the rear as I havent been able to find coilovers for the back yet - still rides nicely for a lowered car. the interior fan/blower switch is a bit funny, blow fast on 1 , slower on 2 and then fast on 3? Will need a new temp sender as the guage on the dash never goes up properly, yet the car still warms ip fine and rad fan kicks in. Bit rough from very first start but after a few revs its fine, it still has the original pierburg carb so you have to forgive it!! All these negatives are only minor just being honest.
