I rent space in my unit out to people who I feel are suitable at £150 a month per car, as I have more space than I need and its nice to work together on our project cars after work and on the weekends, being able to lend each other tools, help, swap parts etc. Its kind of become our version of the pub if I'm honest 
its bloody expensive for me but if I rent out a bit more space its possible to get it to a point where I don't need to earn millions every month to pay for it!
