Okay, so I bought this Bluebird last August as a stop gap after the engine let go on my van, I have used it every day since with out a problem.
I bought it off an old boy (I'm 93 you know!) who bought the car brand new and had just had his licence taken from him due to failing eyesight, there is evidence of this on the nearside front wing (dented) and nearside rear wheel arch (scuffed). it has a full Nissan service history and has covered 67,500 miles now.
The rest of the car is in great condition having been garaged all its life and being undersealed, since owning it i have changed the cambelt at 61,000 miles and added the Silvia alloys.
Being an LX model it has creature comforts such as, 4 x electric windows, electric sunroof, Blaupunkt radio cassette with electric ariel, central locking and power steering.
As I say, I have had no problems with the car, it has been ultra reliable until I got back from holiday yesterday, now the bearing in the water pump is noisy, it is not leaking but needs replacing.
I was going to advertise the car this weekend anyway as I need a new vehicle for work, it is sods law that this has happened now!
I really don't want to scrap the car just because it needs a water pump (£45 from a motor factors) but I just don't have the desire or time to fix it, so it is up for grabs for just £200, on its steel wheels.
If you fancy the car on the Silvia alloys then it is £350, these are quite rare I am told and really suit the car, I had them shot blasted, painted and laquered then a new set of tyres fitted about 5000 miles ago.
I have probably missed some info out so just ask if you need to know anything else.
