On the drive, it's been damaged occasionally...but not too bad.

Mine lives on the mother-in-law's driveway, across the road from us. Protected by a security light and a mother-in-law Seems safe, but I think both my cars spend enough time looking unroadworthy that nobody is dumb enough to try to steal them. Especially the T3 without any seats. Having said that, old cars are prime target for those that believe nobody should have anything that looks nice.

The Magnum lives in the parents garage - I think its taken root there and often provides quality storage - and the GT6 is my daily driver at the minute, which, in Dublin is not as much fun as you'd imagine. Early 70's Triumph versus HUGE potholes versus Artic trucks = I get shaken to bits.....all part of the fun.....
Magnum has no engine at the minute and GT6 barely ever rests but in fairness, if they want it, they'll take anything regardless of security fitments, etc

Both live on the drive....if anyone nicked The Scrote they'd probably bring it back within 2 minutes, it is fitted with an alarm though.
I've got a garage, but the block it's in is on private ground for which we pay a modest ground rent.....has just been sold to developers, so long-term prospects for it are shaky.

Mine lives on the road, but its a quiet area and a private road so its not too bad. Although my MK1 MR2 was broken into earlier this year but luckily the clutch wasnt bled and it had no brakes so they wouldnt have been able to get far And the police caught them, which is always nice.

i live on a cul de sac so it pretty quiet. but i leave it out on theroad cos it leaks oil so the parentsa don't appreciate it too much. if anyone touched it or tried too, id be able to find out who it was pretty quickly so I'm not too worried tbh

I've only provisionally bought my metro, i've no idea about storage so it might have to go on the street. Put it this way, i'll be a little bit worried about it.

I reckon leaky cars should get a insurance discount, much more likely to get 'em back

Beth lives at the top of a long Cul-de-sac round a corner and in a parking space that joins onto the street, It's a very safe environment although I have actually started locking her now We have a garage but my old man insists on his Festa living in there Have a nice big cellar available for all my bits and bobs though ;D

My Sierra lives in a four car garage with a dehumidifier (rust prevention) and loads of space. I'm very lucky. It's at my my mum's house though. Charlie

Actually I have just hoovered and had a major tidy up. It's only when I looked at the pictures again that I realised how much space the car has.
There used to be a Ferrari Daytona, 1929 Riley, Model T hot rod, and 1968 Corvette in there, as well as 25 years worth of my father's collection of car curse word. Fiat engine, Jaguar rear end, Rover V8, etc.

Mine live on the driveway, usually unlocked. Never had any problems. The local chavs seem to like my stuff, they often walk past and say 'nice car mate', think they realise i'd kill them if they touched my cars.

I keep my 5Gt Turbo on my (parents) drive, with immobiliser and a hefty steering lock on it. Fairly quite road though. However i do, due to lack of space swap that with the Bug which is kept in a lock up down the road, which ever i'm not using. Although some bellends decided to break in the other day, but nothing was touched, nor damaged? Maybe the eejits didn't notice it hidden under it's car cover?

My boys live on the driveway behind the gates - so basically on a driveway in the garden.
Never had any problems with security, however I would love a nice garage/lockup for them, just because it's nicer - out of sight out of mind.
Maybe this will change when we buy a house?

out of sight out of mind is not a good thing. my 123 has been hibernating in my garage, which is 300 yards away from the house, since november. ive been round once in that time to get something out. need to get my ar$e in gear and get the rear arch sorted and upgrade from my "modest" ICE system to the "monster" gear thats piled up in the corner of my bedroom. oh yeah, and try to get it a bit lower while I'm on. ;D
