Can I add the 250F? I was fortunate enough to do some barnstorming in a mate's 250F replica (Tipo 250) against another mate's Tiger Moth. Huge fun! On a less glamorous note I almost bought a wonky 222E last year. A lucky escape? ETA - Found a vid we did, apologies for the dreadful music!

Maserati has always been my favourite Italian Supercar. My favourite Maserati? Hard, but probably the Khamsin:

A6GCS. Looking at these photos it still leaves me speechless. Why would anybody ever need any other car? This is perfection. The expression "looks like it's doing 100 standing still has never been so true. I have a thing for the Mexico, I don't know why. It's not stunningly beautiful, but well-crafted, simple and good-looking, stylish but understated. Although I'm afraid I'll end up with the one that's for a lot of people both the Bad and the Ugly! But that's for another thread.

If anything this thread has proved to me what I have felt to be true for a long time: Pale metallic blue is THE colour for beautiful Italian cars. Red doesn't even come close
