MK2 Golf GTI big bumper in stunning rare Capri Green in excellent condition, with very low mileage for the year. The car is MOT'd and taxed, it also sits on original BBS RA wheels, which are in a superb condition.
It has run off interior, with very little wear on the bolster seat, as you will see the underneath of the car is as clean as the body, as is the underneath of the doors, including the boot which has an original space saver wheel and jack. The parcel shelf is intact with no nasty holes, has a full set of MOT certificates, large file of receipts and two sets of keys.
Mot until August and tax until April. Just had head gasket, oil etc. Runs superbly
The engine bay is in excellent condition, and the car has recently had an oil & filter change, a new set of plugs, distributor cap and rotor arm.
It only has a few subtle modifications, these being:
Full stainless steel exhaust system which includes a four branch manifold,
Slightly lowered on springs and an engine strut brace, and
Fast road cam
Strut brace
The car drives excellently with a very smooth gearbox and no crunches. It has been polybushed, has had a recent fuel tank and has the original service and handbooks.
Bad points: Bubbling and rust round the filler cap, (repair panel with car), there are also a few stone chips and slight trolly dink on the passenger door, all of which are common for a car of this age. Some wear and small hole in drivers seat. Could ideally do with drivers door handle replacing at some point. Couple of chips in windscreen. (Sounds a lot, but not much to do - would just rather be honest!!)
Full V5 present, along with huge history file.
