Is it the same as the tko?
As I made my adapter from a cad drawing I had a local place just do printout for me to scale on paper and transposed it onto plate t6 aluminium.

I'm not really into Stags. But DAMN this is badass!
Excellent ethos and great work so far, keep it up and keep up the updates. I look forward to hearing more.

Never a promising sign when the MOT tester says " this is not going to be good, my last test of the week. I hate cars that have been mucked about with"
Needless to say it failed.

Need to find another tester...... wrong attitude! Nick That's not fair on the tester! We don't know what it failed on And we have all had days like the tester mentioned. And there's nothing worse than testing a modified car, makes the test longer to do if it isn't something familiar and above the average 8years old What did it fail on Bullstarz?

"I hate cars that have been mucked about with". Unpromising........
'Tis true that we don't know what it failed on. My MoT tester tells me he looks forward to testing my (modified) 50 year old Triumph. He loathed my A8 though.

I usually get "what have you brought me this time" from the MOT guy, a load of laughs and that will never pass from the mechanics, to all of them having a good look and asking questions and well done. Only once did they catch me out, with not enough thread poking out from the nylock on the suspension.

1)One of the headlight was high 2)Play in the P/S front strut 3)Both pad locking pins loose
Advisories were, lose drive shaft bolts and slight play in steering.
Not too much, should be fairly straight forward to do. Just a case of tightening and adjusting.
The tester seemed almost disappointed that was all it failed on, said the car drove like a pig and felt like it was going to fall apart.
However, one of the old boy mechanics was all over totally opposite but he was in to his (Cobra)kit cars.

The MOT station was nearest to where i was living that wasn't fully book for two weeks ( I can see why now). He said it needed a road test as part of the MOT, he was only out for about 15 mins. I only knew he took it out as i saw when walking back to pick it up. First time Ive heard/seen the car being driven looked and sound alright, sound more like a V8.

That's bull5hit - No part of mot requires a road test. I'd be asking to see his insurance cert for this and also why did they not ask your permission first - you could have reported it as theft had you just seen it driving past you.
Sounds like he just fancied driving your car - even though he seems to have a poor opinion of it.

If it is 4wheel drive or has a limited slip diff or even if the tester feels it better for the sake of the car to use the decelerometer instead of the vicious brake rollers Any way, that list of fails is nothing too bad anyway. I'd be happy if my heavily modified Stag had failed on just those few items

I was fairly happy with list of fails as its 8 years since the last one and there been a few things done to it since then. It does have a LSD and he had the decelerometer on the floor. I do think he wanted to see how (bad) it drove though.

15minutes is a bit much tho. Usually about 5minutes max for any I've had to use the decelerometer on

I did nearly add the tapley meter need to drive it - but thought that only required a simple brake test so only a minute or two?

Any ideas to what will/can cause a judder almost like the prop has come loose when pulling away from stand still. Once on the move no issue. I had to stop and check on the first outing as i thought a half shaft had come loose.
Things to take into account, triple plate race clutch, light flywheel, LSD, Low compression turbo engine and R154 box.
I have a new custom made flywheel and t56 gearbox still to fit.
Plus someone had the controller for the air ride away so not that happy with the car even though it 's MOT for the first time in 8 years but its raining and raining.

I use a single plate paddle clutch in my 1uz and that will judder if you don't match the RPM correctly oddly it's worse in reverse but it's hard to say on just a worded explanation
