	Hi there, I'm lee I'm 15 and heavily into cars. I like minis, Vauxhalls and all 80's Austin-Rover products. I'm a member of triple-m and Austin-Rover.co.uk forum too as well as 4 other forums, some of you might know me. I've recently bought a 1983 Austin Metro Vanden Plas. Well i say bought, but i have "provisionally" bought it.

	Welcome aboard! I really, really like VDP Metros and yours looks like a particularly good one. A set of 13" RFXs and 175/50s and some suspension 'adjustment' and that'd be the coolest first car ever! And with that lovely red colour i think the oldie but goodie combination of black centre with polished rim would look fantastic. Welcome aboard.

	Welcome along, not seen a Metro like that for years! My Dad used to use a VDP Metro for a driving school car years ago, it was very posh indeed for a small car then!

Only the Manuals have the same spec as the MG but you'd probably need to confirm this with some one else lol As for real wood I don't know. As I havent got all the money for it yet i've not seen the car as it's in Wrexham, Wales. I've no idea how I'm gonna get it back though . But how can you not fall in love with it ;D . Yea I have seen slaters Metro, the wheels are great but I don't really want to change her too much.
