Due to another project, and needing to convert the garage I'm reluctantly selling my Mk1 Ibiza
This car has been in my family from new, and has always been garaged.
It's currently SORN so no T&T I'm pretty sure it was pass without much doing to it.
The car has been stored in my garage for the last 3 years, but I need the space to convert the garage into a larger kitchen, now we have a little baby.
I have started her up every month for the past 3 years and she fires up no problem at all. Brakes are free, engine doesn't smoke or have any knocks.
This car could be put back on the road very cheaply and quickly. All it would need is new front shocks and springs, a couple of bulbs, and a replacement fuel tank hose.
Interior is like new, no rips ore wear at all.
The shell is very solid, with only a few small surface rust patches on the lower doors and rear arches. I doubt you'd find another Mk1 that's as solid and rust free as this one.
It does have 2 new rear shocks (1 still needs fitting) Spare set of rear lights, pair of new brake hoses, and a new timing belt all in their boxes. It's sat on fiat punto front coilovers, which still need slight modification to fit correctly.
The plugs, dizzy cap, rotor arm and silicone leads were all new last year. The back box is also only a couple of years old. It could do with a new battery as it's not holding charge for long now. They tyres have all covered less than 1000 miles, but 1 had a screw in it, so needs a plug to fix it.
It's been stored in my garage but started every month. I did vinyl wrap it a brighter white, but I've started to strip it back off. The car is solid, with only a small amount of surface rust, but could do with a bit of paintwork freshening up.
Heres a link with pics from a couple of years ago, before it was put away to hibernate
