Description:
Hi,
Up for sale here I have my 1979 Series 3 Landrover 200DI. I have owned the landy now for about 2 1/2 years in which time i did the engine conversion. The car was originaly a diesel. I have hardly used the landy (but then it isn't my only car) but unfortunatley I am having to sell. This Landy was an ex farm vehicle when I bought it so please don't expect a show winner, it is a well used landy but is a solid one.
For its mot last year I had to put some fresh brake pipes on new break shoes and wheel cylinders all round. Other than that I don't know what to say. Its a good solid old landy, if a little rough round the edges, always starts as it should without the big cloud of smoke given from some diesels. The landy drives as an old landy does, selects all gears fine including 4x4 and high and low box. It also comes with free wheeling front hubs.
As you can see I haven't tarted it up for the pictures. The difference is colour is just some of the photos were taken when it was wet.
Feel free to ask me any questions, I'll be as helpful as I can. Or come round and have a look.
Cheers
Adrian
