Had the same thing myself, I tried it over the phone and it said it was continuous now in a recorded message robot thingy. Hopefully I won't get the £60 fine but they will be raking it in because it wont be just us two.

I'm sure there was something on the news about this a couple ofweeks back...they are running it continuous now. Once it's been sorned, there is no need to re-new every year unless you tax it again.

SORN is now continuous until the car's circumstances change, meaning you don't have to renew it.

had the same thing. Made one car Sorn that was coming off the road and went through fine. a minute later when trying to re-sorn another it wouldn't accept the number on the web. Tried on the phone and had the same. then saw the lines were man'd until half eight so thought I'd speak to someone. Called again and if you actually listen to the message it tells you sorn is now ongoing. Could have been clearer if they put something on the reminder.
