Was your missus racing at Prescott or were you doing some cheeky advertising? More importantly how does it drive?
Just got to persuade the wife that we.......do not need another ******** horse box particularily a French one, this is not helping matters.

I like that the wheel arch has kept it's scars. Or gained new ones?

Thats an awesome photo! Are you going to make the ramps a permanent feature? looks like you've got the room.

Thats an awesome photo! Are you going to make the ramps a permanent feature? looks like you've got the room. The main ramps are the rear doors, and the boards will live under the car in the back

Hi, my wife gave me two Citroen HY vans as a 50th birthday present! She bid for them on eBay in France and although she was only wanting one she had to agree to take the second one as it was going to cost the guy money to get rid of it! Anyway, I smiled, said thank you and headed off to pick up HarrY and Henry, named by the kids, in France and deliver them to a friend’s yard in Gironde. Having been let down by a couple of guys who were going to do some work on them I headed over again to pick up HarrY and bring him back to the UK. As I did not have a garage here, and only skills picked up as a kid, I have enrolled in a Classic Car restoration course in Liverpool and am making progress on the chassis and bodywork. With that side under way I have started trawling the web for a solution to the mechanical side of things. I intend converting the van to a camper and with three young children, and hopefully still youngish by the time I’m finished, I need reliability and efficiency in getting around.
I’ve bookmarked your project and look forward to seeing the progress…and I’ll get around to posting my own project!

That's got to be the coolest transporter ever. Pity the modern Fiat is in the photo with the Austin. Could have looked like a period shot.
