Hi All, Latest thing to crop up in my tat clearance is a set of four Rover alloys, I believe they are from an SD1 - anyone know what model and what they're worth for ebay'ing purposes? They have 6 x 14 stamped on them and worn 195/70/14 tyres... anyone know the PCD, 5 stud obviously.   Cheers Stu |

Those are SD1 wheels from the placca-bumpered mid-range 2300/2600 SE models I think, will also fit landcrabs and some sherpas. Pretty low value I suspect, specially if they need a lick of paint..

Cheers Mr B-meister, now I think of it they may well have come from a Rover 2600 my fiancee's Dad used to have, that'd make sense. Value wise - do you reckon start on ebay at a tenner with no reserve? Surely someone will be after a set? |

pcd is 5x5" / 5x127mm in metric Same as some American Fords. As xbollox says, pretty worthless!!! Mike |

They'll go nicely on a P6 as well. Even the V8 SD was seen to wear those.

Thanks for all the replies Seems a shame to weigh them in, would rather let someone have them cheap to use on an old car really so will stick them on ebay unless anyone has a contact for a Rover owner's club or similar? |

Does the Rover logo centre come off? Someone must want them. They also fit many Oldsmobiles, Buicks, Lincoln, Mercury, etc. Are they 14" or 15"?

SD1 wheels have the same stud pattern and PCD as some full-size American cars such as Cadillacs but the 14in. wheels WON'T fit over the brakes on these cars ... believe me, I've tried, on a '73 Caddy Fleetwood.  |
