Yeah, I had one before, a 1.4 3 door minus it's engine and box, but i sold that and bought this 1.7 5 door with full MOT. it's nothing to look at, but it's going to be fun when it's on the road Previous sellers pictures; ..not a very pretty sight, but cheap, and fun I got it home and gave it a wash... ...and stuck an Escort spoiler on the back, purely because it was lying around not doing anything... ...And that's about as far as i got, i've (very) badly mounted some speakers in the doors, but i'm sorting some proper pods out for them soon, and i've stuck some decent speakers in the back. My blue anodised deep dish steering wheel should be fitted shortly as well, along with my 'awesome' flame pedals, all in the name of fun! I know it's not as nice as most of the things on here, but it's retro, and it's mine, and i love it! Thanks for looking!

Nah, i'm only 19, and if i get caught for having invalid insurance, i won't ever get insured again! Forgot to mention in the first post, it's lowered on blocks on the back with land rover defener dampers, and got some seriously stuff springs made by someone on the v3m forum on the front with polybushed front radius arms.

Chances are the steering column will foul the intake manifold on the williams. You can flip it by chopping off both ends (throttle body and the blank end) and re-welding it,but I don't know how many more clearance issues there would be, I cant think of any off the top of my head. As for OP's volvo, great motor. Battered but well loved. Any plans for it? Williams swaps are good, pretty easy to do and adds a lot more power. Only issue is prop failure, which I'm battling with at the moment. Here's mine. Goes like stink and drifts well, just a shame about the props. Hopefully see you on V3M at some point.

These old 340's really are aging well now. And to think that at one time they were about as uncool as you could get...
I'd love to embarrass more modern machinery in one of these.
