Ive owned the bug since nov 2011 when is was a wreck, and over the next year and a half I restored the floorpan and replaced a lot of parts including....
Framehead
Rear chassic mounts
Front bulkhead
Heater channel bottoms
Floorpans
Spare wheel well
Bottom door post both sides
Front beam
New brakelines
Front and rear drums with Porsche pcd 5x130
Jbw foosh alloys, 15" by 5.5j on the front and 17" by 7j on the rear
It's tax exempt and taxed and moted till june.
Its running a 1200 engine that's great and always starts no probs.
Ive a spare 1300 bare engine that will come with the car to build up.
It's no show car and has its faults like the doorpins need replacing, rust on the body but people like it.
Selling due to new project from the us.
