Wow! I remember the vast majority of them, Limelight being one of my faves of the time. Billy the kids' awesome black '69 Camaro and the Street Lethal (neither pictured) being others. I'll have to get a scanner and get some of mine up. I've got some more recent years ones one disc so I'll pop some of them on when I get more time  |

How many more pics have you got? I know it's a longshot but I'm after any information on my cars history... VW Type3 which apparently 'had something to do with' York Raceway. The guy I bought it off wasn't sure if it was raced there a lot, or built by someone who worked there or what, but it's a Yorkshire car and definately built for sportsman-class drag racing. Fastback model, I know it was being actively driven around 1991 as I've found a tax disc, and the newspaper behind all the filler is from 1991 Whether this was before, after or whilst it was being raced is unknown. It could be one of a dozen colours, it's a yellow car originally but registered as red, there are flames on the flipfront and the common colour on the other panels is red. Would love to find a photo with it on |

well i've just clambered down from the loft with a few more york pics so i'll have a looky for you. i know i've got some of a vw meet there but that was about 99/00 i think ..give me an hour or so  |

Just looked through the York website and noticed it's Minis vs Beetles today, something I promise myself a trip to every year and something I always forget about..... |
